Congratulations to Solutec Glass on 10 years

Our partner Solutec Glass marks 10 years of activity in Spain and Portugal, distributing across the Iberian market solutions for glass processing, including our quality control technologies. Flat glass inspection has become a growing priority across the industry, and this milestone reflects the broader growth of the sector itself, increasingly shaped by automation and digital process control.

Ten years of growth for Solutec Glass

Over the past ten years, Solutec Glass has built its business around glass processing machinery, diamond tools, consumables and dedicated technical support, becoming a key reference point for glass manufacturers across Spain and Portugal. Among the brands it distributes in the Iberian market are, alongside our quality control solutions, technologies for automation and insulating glass production, cutting, processing and laminating, handling systems, and insulating glass materials such as sealants and thermoplastic spacers.

This network of international partnerships has allowed Solutec Glass to offer its customers complete solutions across the entire production chain, from initial glass processing through to final quality checks before shipment.

Automation and flat glass inspection

Solutec Glass’s growth mirrors the evolution of the wider flat glass industry: more automation, greater process digitalization, growing attention to quality control and energy efficiency. These are exactly the areas where, together with Solutec Glass, we bring our flat glass inspection scanners to the Spanish and Portuguese market, helping manufacturers detect defects, reduce waste, and improve the reliability of their production lines.

We extend our warmest congratulations to the whole Solutec Glass team on this important milestone, and we’re glad to be starting this new collaboration, one we look forward to growing alongside the evolving needs of the flat glass market. Together with Solutec Glass, we want to bring reliable flat glass inspection technology to more manufacturers across Spain and Portugal in the years ahead.
